Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt im Neubaugebiet \"Dumel\" am ruhigen Ende einer Sackgasse direkt am Wanderweg \"Rothaarsteig\" und mit Stellplätzen für 2 Pkw. Fahrräder können kostenlos in einer abschließbaren Garage untergestellt werden.
