Küchenzeile 2,80 mit Ceran-Kochfeld mit 4 Kochstellen, Backofen,Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Eierkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle,Kaffeemaschine, Elektro-grill und das übliche Geschirr (Töpfe, Tassen, Teller, Gläser usw.) ist natürlich vorhanden. Genießen sie die Aussicht von unserem Balkon unter dem Sonnenschirm über Niedersfeld hinweg zum Hillesee. Hier können sie schon am frühen Morgen das Frühstück genießen. Für Sportgeräte (Fahrräder, Skier usw.) ist in dem Abstellraum direkt neben der Wohnung in der Garage Platz. Hier befinden sich auch zwei Holzschlitten die natürlich kostenlos genutzt werden können.

Description

Die Wohnung wurde im Herbst 2018 vollständig renoviert und befindet sich ebenerdig im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Direkt vor der Haustür können sie ihr Auto abstellen, in der Garage nebenan ist Platz für Skier, Fahrräder und andere Sportgeräte. Genießen sie schon früh morgens vom Frühstückstisch aus, den Blick über Niedersfeld hinweg zum Hillebachsee. Bei schönem Wetter ist Frühstück auf dem Balkon unbedingt zu empfehlen. Im Separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1,80 m Doppelbett und ein großer Kleiderschrank, weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für max. 2 Personen auf dem bequemen, 1,60 m breiten Schlafsofa!

Die Wohnung befindet in der Straße "Am Kleehagen 23", von Winterberg kommend in der Ortsmitte Richtung Hildfeld, dann am Ortsausgang letzte Möglichkeit links abbiegen. Nach ca 100m 2. Straße links abbiegen in die Straße Am Kleehagen. Die Wohnung befindet sich nach weiteren ca. 300m auf der linken Seite. Der Parkplatz für die Hilleseeperle befindet sich rechts neben der rechten Eingangstür direkt neben dem schmalen Fenster (Badezimmerfenster der Wohnung)
