Apartment Familie Willems Winterberg was completely renovated in the summer of 2018 and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is equipped with a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and a ceramic hob with extractor.
The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower of 1.40 mx 0.90 m and is equipped with a folding seat. A new steam boiler has been installed so that there is always nice hot water available. There is also a bathroom furniture with sink and mirror and there is a hanging toilet. The bathroom is equipped with an electric heater with fan, making the bathroom nice and warm in no time.
The master bedroom of 12m2 has a luxury box spring and large built-in wardrobe. In the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed.
The living room is modern. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and there is a corner sofa which can easily be converted into a full-size double bed. The Dutch and German channel package is available on the flat screen TV and there is WIFI.
There is also a WII game computer with various games and films. The entire apartment has shutters. In the apartment there is a cot and high chair that may be used.
A big advantage of our apartment is that it is located on the ground floor and is therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is 1 free private parking space right in front of the door. The apartment also has its own terrace.
Our apartment is located in Niedersfeld, which is best known among hikers and winter sports enthusiasts. It lies on the edge of the forest and is within walking distance of the Hillebachsee mountain lake. Here you can swim, wake boarding, water skiing and fishing in the summer. There is a beach, volleyball court, restaurant with terrace and a nice playground for the children. The Niedersfelder Hochheide where you can walk is just 2 km away.
In the center of Niedersfeld there is a bakery with a lunchroom, butcher's shop, greengrocer, bank, gas station, tourist office, various restaurants, a playground and a small supermarket.

Deposit €150. After leaving the apartment tidy, you will receive it back within 1 week after checking out.
