Description

The small but fine counterpart to our holiday suite "Kappe Deluxe" welcomes you with its top modern, bright ambience. Our design studio accommodates you very close to the adventure mountain Kappe and therefore perfectly completes our portfolio of residences in the heart of the vacation world Winterberg. The fantastic view from the balcony onto the ice channel and the slalom slope clearly manifests the excellent first impression. And also the other sports facilities as well as the city center can be reached from here in no time.

Our design studio offers a large light-flooded living room with trendy furniture, whose natural colors fit particularly harmoniously into the idyllic atmosphere of the Rothaargebirge. The multifunctional living area leaves nothing to be desired: Here our guests have a cozy couch with a small living room table, a dining and gaming area with four chairs and a 55-inch LED TV on the wall. The perfectly equipped kitchenette in the back invites you to prepare your meals. The comfort is increased by a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, a microwave with grill function and an automatic dishwasher.

Spend restful nights in the spacious double bed (160 x 200 cm). For three or four guests, the couch can be converted into a sofa bed, also 160 cm wide. The modern bathroom offers a real glass shower cabin to ensure a comfortable showering experience. Under the rectangular washstand, you will also find sufficient storage room as well as enough shelf space for your washing utensils.

On the balcony, that can be accessed directly from the design studio, you can have breakfast or other meals if the weather is good. In addition, there are sun loungers on which you can sunbathe or enjoy the last rays of the evening sun.

The studio also has a reserved parking lot for your car directly at the house. The spacious garden is available for communal use. Here you can also find some playground equipment for the youngest. Sports equipment such as bicycles or skis can be stored in the video-monitored bicycle cellar or the ski room. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, which you can also use free of charge.

At any time of the year, our design studio offers the ideal setting for active guests. And at the same time all the attributes for best relaxation. Hiking on the "eight-hundreds" or eventful theme trails, skiing, biking or motorcycling: You will find us at the pulse of the vacation world Winterberg!

Conditions/extras

From a booking of at least 2 nights, we offer you our design studio "Kappe Deluxe" for an overnight price depending on the chosen travel period, the travel duration and the number of guests. The prices quoted in each case already include final cleaning in accordance with the German Price Indication Regulations (PAngV).

Please note: Winterberg is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is EUR 3.00 per person per night and is charged in addition to the accommodation price. Children and young people under 16 are exempt from the visitor's tax.

With the booking confirmation we will send you an invoice for the total price of the accommodation. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due immediately and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being sent.

The balance of 80% of the total price must be received by us no later than 29 days before the first day of rental. A separate request for payment will not be issued. If the booking is made later than 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full rental price is due immediately after booking confirmation.

Payments can be made by credit card, direct debit or bank transfer. If the preferred method of payment is "direct debit", the account holder authorizes the provider to collect all travel payments and other invoice amounts from the specified account.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer shall bear all possible costs of the payment (e.g. bank transfer fees), in particular in the case of transfers from abroad.

Withdrawal from the concluded accommodation contract can only be declared in writing.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the provider can claim the following compensation:

Cancellation up to 57 days prior to the arrival date: 10% of the order value
Cancellation from 56 to 43 days prior to the arrival date: 20% of the order value
Cancellation from 42 bis 29 days prior to the arrival date: 40% of the order value
Cancellation from 28 bis 15 days prior to the arrival date: 60% of the order value
Cancellation from 14 bis 3 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of the order value
Cancellation from 2 days before the arrival date or non-arrival: 100% of the order value

A travel resignation cost insurance is recommended!

Arrival description

Due to its central location, Winterberg in Hochsauerland is very easy to reach from the metropolitan areas of NRW as well as from many regions in Germany and neighbouring countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. You can travel comfortably by car, bus or train.

Arrival by train:

Winterberg is fast and easy to reach on DB inter-regional services. The trains from Dortmund central station, for example, only take 104 minutes to Winterberg. . From Hagen there are connections every hour, and from Kassel at least every two hours. Information about the DB's door-to-door luggage service is available at all DB ticket offices. You can check your available rail connections to Winterberg on the timetable of Westphalia.

Travelling with Flixbus:

Flixbus is another travel option for visitors to Winterberg: whether from the Netherlands, the Ruhr area, Berlin, Lower Saxony or Hesse – your holiday world can be easily reached up to three times a day from more than 20 cities. Information on timetables and fares can be found at flixbus.de!
