Our apartment "17 AM BERG" is located in the beautiful Sauerland, in the district Siedlinghausen, approx. 8 km from the core city Winterberg. Situated on the southern slope, our home gets lots of sunlight and offers a fantastic view. In the summer season, you can enjoy the Sauerland SummerCard. With the card, you can visit many attractions free of charge because we want you to have an unforgettable holiday!

In Siedlingshausen, where "17 AM BERG" is located, you'll find shopping facilities, restaurants, a "Netto" store, 1 butchers, 2 bakeries. It is much quieter here than in the hectic and very crowded core city.

Sauerland SommerCard in Winterberg | Winterberg im Sauerland

The SSC is valid only during the summer season and is especially worthwhile for families with children.

We, as your hosts, cover the costs of the SSC.
However, since the SSC is only available in combination with the local visitor’s tax, the town of Winterberg charges a visitor’s tax of €2.20 per adult per day for the district of Siedlinghausen.
Children up to 15 years do not pay any visitor’s tax.
This amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival by the guest.

To prepare your cards, we kindly ask you to provide us with the details of all accompanying guests in advance — including full name, first name, and date of birth — so that we can register your Sauerland SummerCard in the official online portal of the town of Winterberg.
There is no urgency.

Independently of this, we are legally required under the Federal Registration Act and the state regulations (see §§ 26 and 27 of the NRW Registration Act, effective 01.11.2015) to collect this information and report it to the town of Winterberg.

We cover the costs of the Sauerland SummerCard for you. However, since the card is only available in combination with the visitor’s tax, the town of Winterberg charges a visitor’s tax of €2.25 per day per adult for the district of Siedlinghausen. Children up to 15 years of age are exempt from this tax.

The visitor’s tax is to be paid in cash by the guest upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.
In case of non-arrival, withdrawal, or cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date, 90% of the rental costs will be charged.

Arrival description

Via the A44 Dortmund, in the direction of Kassel. Continue on the A445 Meschede. From Olsberg, take the B480 Winterberg. Turn right and continue to Siedlinghausen. In the town centre you'll see the inn 'Gasthof Lingenauber', turn right onto Sorpestraße; Take the third street on the left, follow it up the mountain and turn onto Ennertstraße. Continue straight ahead until you reach Ennertstraße 17. You have reached your destination, "17 AM BERG"

Via Marburg on the urban motorway, exit Frankenberg. On the B252 Münchhausen, turn left at the traffic light, towards Battenberg. Make a right at the intersection and continue to Allendorf. Take the 3 roundabouts towards Winterberg. In Winterberg, pass through the first traffic light, through the tunnel and another traffic light. Take the next roundabout (there's an Aral petrol station on the right) and you'll come to another roundabout. Take the third exit of the roundabout and the adjacent route to Meschede. From there, it's approx. 8 km to Siedlinghausen. In Siedlinghausen's town centre you'll see the inn 'Gasthof Lingenauber', turn left onto Sorpestraße. Take the third street on the left, follow it up the mountain and turn onto Ennertstraße. Continue straight ahead until you reach Ennertstraße 17. You have reached your destination, "17 AM BERG".
