Our holiday suite, tastefully furnished in a modern country house style in dignified colours, perfectly matches the idyllic atmosphere of the Rothaargebirge. Fancy accessories complete the relaxation oasis down to the smallest detail.

The large living landscape leaves nothing to be desired and connects the comfortable living room, including the spacious relaxation couch, with the generous dining area, which is also available for entertaining social evenings thanks to our game collections. On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun with a view of the ski slope and bike park.

You can cater for yourself in the bright, well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Would you rather do nothing on your holiday? That's also okay. Why not pay a visit to the restaurants within walking distance? The choice is yours! The Winterberg shopping street is close by. Here you will find everything your heart desires: products for your daily needs as well as small shops and boutiques for relaxed shopping. Within minutes you are back in your holiday paradise. Meanwhile, your car may remain in the flat's own underground parking space.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements for optimal relaxation: Spend peaceful nights in the cozy country house bedrooms! A spacious king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, two comfortable single beds (90 x 200 cm each) are available. Roomy wardrobes in both bedrooms provide enough storage space for your clothes. Sufficient hangers are available.

A special experience of comfort is offered by our infrared sauna in the master bedroom, where you can enjoy soothing warmth during your stay. After an eventful day of skiing in winter, but also, for example, after an action-packed day in the bike park or a demanding hike through the Rothaargebirge, the sauna cabin is the perfect way to begin a relaxing evening. Upon request, we will also provide you with our large sauna package including bathrobe, slippers, sauna towel and aroma variations, so that there is nothing in the way of fulfilling your relaxation and wellness experience.

The modern bathroom includes a tempered glass shower for a pleasant showering experience. There is also enough space for storage below the rectangular washbasin and above it for your washing utensils. The room also features our wash/dry combination, which can be used as required during your entire stay in the "Kappe Deluxe" holiday suite for a one-off fee of 8 euros.

At any time of the year, our holiday suite provides the ideal location for active guests. And at the same time all the attributes for the best relaxation. Hiking on the "Eight Hundreds" or adventurous themed trails, skiing, cycling or motorcycling: You will find us at the pulse of the Winterberg holiday world!

Conditions/extras

From a booking of at least 2 nights, we offer you our holiday suite "Kappe Deluxe" for an overnight price depending on the chosen travel period, the travel duration and the number of guests. The prices quoted in each case already include final cleaning in accordance with the German Price Indication Regulations (PAngV).

Please note: Winterberg is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is EUR 3.00 per person per night and is charged in addition to the accommodation price. Children and young people under 16 are exempt from the visitor's tax.

With the booking confirmation we will send you an invoice for the total price of the accommodation. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due immediately and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being sent.

The balance of 80% of the total price must be received by us no later than 29 days before the first day of rental. A separate request for payment will not be issued. If the booking is made later than 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full rental price is due immediately after booking confirmation.

Payments can be made by credit card, direct debit or bank transfer. If the preferred method of payment is "direct debit", the account holder authorizes the provider to collect all travel payments and other invoice amounts from the specified account.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer shall bear all possible costs of the payment (e.g. bank transfer fees), in particular in the case of transfers from abroad.

Withdrawal from the concluded accommodation contract can only be declared in writing.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the provider can claim the following compensation:

Cancellation up to 57 days prior to the arrival date: 10% of the order value
Cancellation from 56 to 43 days prior to the arrival date: 20% of the order value
Cancellation from 42 bis 29 days prior to the arrival date: 40% of the order value
Cancellation from 28 bis 15 days prior to the arrival date: 60% of the order value
Cancellation from 14 bis 3 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of the order value
Cancellation from 2 days before the arrival date or non-arrival: 100% of the order value

Arrival description

Due to its central location, Winterberg in Hochsauerland is very easy to reach from the metropolitan areas of NRW as well as from many regions in Germany and neighbouring countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. You can travel comfortably by car, bus or train.

Arrival by train:

Winterberg is fast and easy to reach on DB inter-regional services. The trains from Dortmund central station, for example, only take 104 minutes to Winterberg. . From Hagen there are connections every hour, and from Kassel at least every two hours. Information about the DB's door-to-door luggage service is available at all DB ticket offices. You can check your available rail connections to Winterberg on the timetable of Westphalia.

Travelling with Flixbus:

Flixbus is another travel option for visitors to Winterberg: whether from the Netherlands, the Ruhr area, Berlin, Lower Saxony or Hesse – your holiday world can be easily reached up to three times a day from more than 20 cities. Information on timetables and fares can be found at flixbus.de!
