Gemütliche FeWo für 4 Personen, die Wohnung ist über drei Etagen mit einer Wendeltreppe aufgeteilt.
Sie betreten die Wohnung über den zentral, gelegenen Eingang an der oberen Burgstraße, Hausnummer 15e. Direkt hinter der Eingangstür gelangen Sie über einen kleinen Flur links zur Küche und geradeaus in Wohn-/ Esszimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer erreichen Sie den großzügigen Balkon. Über die Wendeltreppe gelangen Sie sowohl ins Untergchoß, als auch in das Obergeschoß. Im Untergeschoß befindet sich das große Schlafzimmer, mit Doppelbett. Das Zimmer verfügt über große Fenster und einem schönen Ausblick. Unten befindet sich auch das große Bad. Das Bad verfügt über eine Duschwanne mit Duschabtrennung. WC und Waschbecken. Diverse Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer, mit zwei getrennt gestellten Betten. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großzügiges Dachfenster und einem blickdichten Rollo. Oben befindet sich ein zweites, kleines Bad. Es verfügt über ein WC und ein Waschbecken.

Description

Cosy flat for 4 people, spread over three floors with a spiral staircase.

The flat is located at the upper edge of Silbach, from where you have a beautiful view over the village. It is very quiet and inviting to relax. You can start directly from here on the hiking trails or mountain bike routes.
The house is located in Silbach, which is next to Winterberg. The holiday home has an area of 88m² and is a multi-family house. Winterberg-Silbach is ideally located for hiking, cycling and much more.

The distance to Winterberg's ski lift carousel with snow cannons is only 8 km. All hiking trails start practically in front of the door. The Rothaarsteig invites for longer walks - possibly with a guide. Information is available from the tourist office in Silbach or Winterberg.

Our services for you
We now also offer a bed linen/towel package. This includes a pillowcase, a duvet cover, a large bath towel, two small towels and kitchen towels (per person). We charge €12 per person for this package. Please indicate this when booking or just ask.

Conditions/extras

A 50% deposit will be charged immediately after booking.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.
A deposit of €100 must be paid in cash when handing over the keys. The deposit will be refunded in cash if the keys/apartment are handed over correctly.
Plus the applicable tourist tax.
