in einem attraktiven Landhaus bietet Platz für 2 bis 5 Personen.
Sie befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, inmitten eines Skigebietes.
In ca 5 min mit dem Auto erreichen Sie den Erlebnisberg Kappe
mit der Veltins Arena und dem Bikepark.
Das Zentrum von Winterberg ist fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Auf 100 qm erwarten Sie u.a. zwei Schlafzimmer.
Eines verfügt über ein Doppelbett ( Maße: 1,80 x 2,00m).
Ein weiteres bietet zwei Betten ( jeweils: 1,40 x 2,00m ).
Somit ist eine eventuelle Aufbettung möglich

Das großzügige, helle Wohnzimmer mit angenehmen Holzfussboden
überzeugt durch seine gemütliche, hochwertige Einrichtung.
Eine reichlich Platz bietende Couch und ein Grossbildfernseher
vervollständigen das Wohlfühlambiente.

Der kleine Balkon eröffnet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Sauerland.

Das moderne Bad mit Fenster hat einen Zugang vom Wohnzimmer
und von einem der Schlafzimmer.
Die Dusche ist ebenerdig. Fön und ausreichende Ablagen für Handtücher sind vorhanden.
In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Kleidung.

Die große, moderne Küche mit einladender Essecke ist komfortabel mit Induktionsherd
